If you haven't already read about it, there is a vulnerability found in UNIX, Linux, Mac OSX and other UNIX derivatives now being called Shellshock BASH Vulnerability. In essence it is a hole in the BASH program of these operating systems. There is a particularly good article at shellshocker.net that you may want to read with a very good description of the situation and recommendations.

Thoroughbred Hosted Service customers can be assured that we have patched our servers, and that there should be no issues from this vulnerability.
